Connecting to your Abaca Data
What data can you access?
As a Supporter Pro you can receive two kinds of data to use in your systems:
Venture Investment Level assessments
Whenever an entrepreneur that has used your unique assessment link submits an assessment to you, or updates it anywhere else on Abaca, you will receive their latest assessment!
This assessment will be published to a Google Sheet for your account.
It contains the following information:

Form Submissions
For each entrepreneur that completes one of your forms you will receive both the Venture Investment Level information included in a regular assessment as well as the answers to all of the company questions. Additionally, you will receive their match score against your match criteria enabling you to quickly know if they’re a good fit for your program or investment thesis
Team privacy: It is important to note that team demographics questions are private. You will not receive the demographic data for each founder individually. Abaca will anonymously aggregate the data into charts for pipeline inclusion dashboards to show what percentage of your pipeline includes marginalized groups at each stage of your selection process (coming soon). How to connect to my Abaca data
There are two methods for retrieving data from Abaca:
Data connections are available to Supporter Pro & Network subscriptions
- Google Sheet: A Google Sheet will be shared with you that contains one sheet will all of the Venture Investment Level assessments from your companies and a second sheet with all of the form submissions.
- Webhooks data transmission is available upon request. This will send form submission data directly into your systems and automations without the need to access Google Sheets. Contact support to set up your webhooks.
