Unable to Enter Address

If you see your application either clearing your address every time you try to enter it, or marking your address as invalid, one of the following actions almost always can fix it.

  1. Try listing the city and country only that your company is based in. Our location field is tied to Google location services, which sometimes don't interpret addresses very well; especially international ones.
  2. If the above doesn't work, check your browser's location settings. Many times, there is a setting that blocks location sharing, which will automatically clear the location you have entered. By changing your settings, you can prevent your browser from automatically clearing out the location every time
  3. Last, if neither of the above work, try opening your application in an incognito window. This will help avoid any cookies that may be interfering with the application running correctly.

Invalid Email

If your form is saying that your email is invalid, please use all lowercase letters when submitting your email address. This most often gets around any issues.  If you are using all lowercase letters, and the application is still rejecting your email address, please reach out to the support team so we can help!
